sources said the accused was arrested by the police on Thursday after the mother of the child notify the police about the situation. The mother reported to the police that earlier she left her daughter with the accused and went to an errand.
When the mother returned she noticed he daughter was unwell.
The child was taken to a hospital where she was admitted for medical treatment.
