A man was shot and killed in the vicinity of the half way tree transport center in st Andrew Jamaica today

The shooting happened on North Odeon Avenue and the police blocked off A section of the road and divert traffic as they process the scene. 

according to eyewitness, the man was standing at a bus stop when men on a motorcycle approached and opened fire hitting the man

It is understood that a female was also injured, one source said the man died on the spot another source said the man was pronounced dead at a hospital
